Color Inspiration Card
I went along with the 5 basic colors(brown, red, yellow, turquoise, white) of the color inspiration, but then I also added Glorious Green and Pumpkin Pie. It may be hard to tell from this picture that this is a 5 x 7 card. I was originally thinking this would be a great Mother's Day card, however my only "Happy Mother's Day" quote stamp was too large for the little tag I wanted to use hanging from the basket.
Another thing you can not see in this photo is that I used a texture plate on the white background paper. Maybe if you click on the photo to enlarge the image you will be able to see the detail a little better. (NOPE!....I just tried that and you can't see it....drats!) Okay, so trust me...it really makes the card. :0)

3 x 6 Walk in the Park
I love how crisp these colors look together!
As usual I am in a mad dash to get this posted, and don't have time to give all of the details just yet....having a three year old doesn't always allow for completing a job in a timely fashion. :0)
Whatever happened to the days when she took a three hour nap? Those were good times...LOL!

You're a friend...
Stamp Set:: Great Friend #113792, and Simply Said #115066 (brown flowers)
This card did not turn out how I had envisioned it. I'm not very excited about this one, but I haven't made a post in a few days so I put it on here.
Hopefully tomorrow I'll have time to stamp...the nice weather has been keeping me outside.
Hope the weather is nice where you're at!

Happy Easter
Whew! I just made it!.....I haven't had time to sit down and come up with an Easter card and I had almost given up on the idea...But then!....my daughter went down for a nap....thank goodness for small favors! Since I'm short on time I won't post the ITEMS USED. If you want that info leave me a comment and I'll make sure to post it another time. If I don't get any comments I'll assume everyone can figure out what was used. Sorry to be in such a rush...I'm just happy I was able to come up with something before Easter. Oh, I will say this, Stamp Set used was A Good Egg #114974 (SU of course) :0)
Thanks for stopping by and Happy Easter Everyone!

My own Color Inspiration....
Okay, well here's something that I think is kind of funny....I kept wondering (wonder, wonder, wonder) why I was so attracted to the Color Inspiration #43.....well duh! If you take a trip in to one of our bathrooms you will find that I have already been inspired by these colors before.
Anyways, I'm probably the only one that will find this funny, but had to share. :0)
Could I "B" seeing spots?
I just love spots! (polka dots) I have really been digging this color combo too. The colors are from the Kwernerdesign.com Color Inspiration that I posted a few days ago. Love that girl!....she inspired me to make 2 different birthday cards.
As you can see this card has very little stamping and A LOT of punching. Really, can a person exist without punches?.....I think not!
I also did some sponging. I don't sponge too often, and when I do I think, Oh!... this is so cool, I should do it more!
Items used::
Stamp set:: Just B #115000 (This is a GREAT set if you need a birthday stamp set, and it comes with other phrases besides birthday. I'll try to make a separate post so you can see what I mean)
Cardstock & Inks:: Whisper White(cs) and the same colors I used on the "you take the cake" card inspired by kwernerdesign.com
Embellishments:: 5/16" neutrals brads, On Board Timeless Type #112083 (for the letter B), sponges and daubers
To color the "B" I used Ruby Red Craft Ink and pressed the chip board on to the pad until it was completely covered, then used a Ruby Red marker to color in the edges that I couldn't get with the pad.

Color Inspiration #47
This card lacks something, but after spending way too much time trying to figure out what that was I walked away and said, good enough! At least I stuck to the color combo :0)
